Integrated Soul is the personal brand and business of identity coach and author Melissa Haggarty, supporting clients through identity work, self-awareness, and authentic transformation.

Having worked together across multiple creative projects, this collaboration evolved into a complete online brand refresh designed to better reflect Mel’s personality, services and future vision for her business.

Mel felt disconnected from her previous website, describing it as “too corporate” and not reflective of who she truly was or the experience she wanted clients to have.

The goal was to create a website that felt more soulful, intuitive and aligned with the deeply personal work Mel does through Identity Coaching, Animal Communication and her books.

We completely restructured the website to better guide visitors through her story and services, while strategically leading her ideal audience toward enquiry.

We weaved Mel’s personality and coaching framework directly into the design - inspired by her love of bridges, curves and organic structure through her “Identity Bridge Method”.

We incorporated curved design elements, bridge imagery captured by Mel herself and her own hand-drawn sketches throughout the website.

The result is a website that feels deeply authentic to her while also functioning as a true business tool with:
• a beautiful, easy-to-manage Squarespace website
• a blog to support SEO and brand authority
• a bookstore for her published books
• room to grow into courses, memberships and future offers.
