Charm’s Canine Cottage is a much-loved pet care business in Gladstone, Queensland, led by owner and operator Charm and her dedicated team. For over a decade, they’ve been providing a premium, nurturing experience for local pups through professional dog grooming, doggy day care, and an in-store canine boutique.

Charm approached me to help resolve several challenges with her existing website. The previous site was built on a broken theme, resulting in slow load times, unfinished pages, and an overall experience that no longer reflected the quality, care, and professionalism of her business.

I rebuilt the Charm’s Canine Cottage website on a custom Squarespace platform, creating a clean, welcoming, and intuitive online presence that aligns with the heart of the brand. The new site clearly showcases all services, highlights the in-store boutique offerings, and integrates seamlessly with her online booking system to support ongoing growth and client connection.
