After relocating her life and business to Gladstone, Priscilla, Owner and Operator of Rural Remote Remedial Massage, required a complete digital relaunch. While highly skilled and experienced in her field, Priscilla openly acknowledged that branding, technology and online platforms were not her strengths — and sought support to create a professional, functional and welcoming online presence.

I delivered a full digital makeover, beginning with a custom Squarespace website designed to clearly communicate Priscilla’s services, pricing, expertise and clinical experience. The website was seamlessly integrated with her existing clinical booking platform, ensuring an easy and intuitive experience for both new and returning clients.

With only a basic two-toned logo and no established brand identity, this project also included the development of updated brand styling to create a more cohesive and professional visual presence. To further support her business growth, new social media channels were launched alongside branded graphics and strategic content.
